Never been more embarrassed to be a Titan fan than today. The attitude of this team has not changed with a new coaching staff. I thought maybe after the KC games things would change but we can't get rid of the stench of mediocrity since the end of the McNair era. It's not just the team, there is also hardly any passion in the fan base. No accountability. No home environment. The least talked about team. We can no longer make jokes about any other team in the NFL, we're the bottom now. All I could do today was laugh after our choke job, I even told my friend when we were still in the 3rd "to watch us blow this game". Ridiculous.

Just start Mett the rest of the year. Locker is not the answer, he can't stay healthy. Whitehurst will do nothing as well. Mett either falters and we get a top pick (Mariota probably) or he starts to do well and maybe we give him a chance next year. It's a win/win.

Why is everyone freakig out? Have you forgotten?! In 2002, the Titans started out 1-4 and then finished 11-5 and made it to the AFC Championship game!!!

Lol just kidding not a chance that happens this year. This team is awful.

What about some new ownership - new blood to change this franchise?

Who the hell is the owner or CEO or president whatever title is since Bud Adams? Tommy Smith or some sh**??

Who is he? Where has been? Never hear about him or anything- is he pissed about the direction of this below average franchise?? Least heard or seen of Owner / Prez in the damn league

Someone take over this team and change the culture...

I was about to say... Lol

That team was loaded with talent and elite (or near elite) veteran players. Also those first four losses weren't all so embarrassing.

    I think we're in for a 3-13 or 4-12 year.

He's Bud Adams' son-in-law. He probably doesn't care because he's too busy eating marshmallows somewhere.

Yeah thats what I was sort of going for - from what I understood of it - he was "appointed" - how about someone excited to take over and want to take over -
Not saying Tommy Boy isn't excited and wants to see franchise suceed - but there is no one else out there?

In case you didn't notice... Almost everything is different than last year. Just happens to be worse.

I really don't care. Obviously mediocre and not going to the playoffs is just about as bad as the current situation. At least with "horrible" you know some changes will be made. With mediocre, they can keep holding on to false hope (like Jake Locker)

Got new ownership, new coaches, new scheme, new players. What other changes do you expect?? Just hasn't worked out at all.

And why would he want to sell the franchise? It is a huge moneymaker, and he inherited it, due to BA's sons suicide years ago.

I think Bud Adams' grandson is going to take over eventually. He's worked in the front office for awhile.

Why it didn't go directly to him to begin with is beyond me.

We'd be in the same boat. What would any new owner have done differently? Webster and new coach still make the personnel decisions. There was no better option available than whisenhunt. Tommy made all the right moves that he could have made. There was no winning with this roster.
