In regards to the QB situation... I think Whitehurst has played well enough to hold onto the job for now. I would like to see Mett now, but there's a chance we could be 4-4 entering the bye if we stick with CBJ. If we're 2-6 at the bye (which I am fully expecting), then it'll be time for Mett.

It might not be the best idea to start him in his first game against the Ravens in Baltimore though.

Let clarify. I agree with nearly all of your post hence my statement "almost complete".

You included a directive for disgruntled fans to quit "pouting" suggesting their dissatisfaction was misplaced. I'm simply pointing out many of the most disgruntled fans have invested in PSLs and then purchase season tickets. Your sentiment that they may be "pouting" fails to appreciate the Titans organization is failing them in a way more real to them than others who haven't invested that amount of money in the organization.

 

Ruston Webster needs one of his picks or FA acquisitions to start performing NOW. He hasn't brought us any star power. Walker may ge his best.

I think that is why so many people have lost patience. The OL comes to mind as the most glaring example. These guys have played together for over a year yet are getting blown up. Levitre may be one of the worst LGs in the league.
