Gone Girl was a good movie. At the end I was like "what the hell did I just watch" but in a good way. The only main negative from me is the direction they went in the movie kinda felt like I started watching a lame Desperate Housewives finale cliffhanger. I thought it was a really good story and Affleck did a good job.

Not a major fan of the 80's Cannibal Holocaust/Ferox cycle but this looks scary...

Wife and kids dragged me to that Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day movie.

Has anyone seen Fury yet? Thinking of hitting up a matinee sometime this week and checking it out.

Just saw St. Vincent and liked it. The plot is rather predictable with the exception of one curve ball. The dialogue, characters and acting though are quite good. My favorite was Naomi Watts who played a Russian hooker.

Fury was about what I expect, Pitt delivered as usual. Cast was great, the fake southern accents were slightly annoying.

I'm currently on a Hunter S. Thompson addiction, reading his books and checked out some of the movies produced. The Rum Diary is a way better book but the movie did a somewhat decent job. Entertaining flick. Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, well, I thought I would enjoy it more. Was more annoyed with having to watch the guys shout and run around with a shaky camera. Yes I read the book so I understand but don't really get the hype beside's Thompson's involvement.

Currently watching Chef by Jon Favreau. Surprisingly good movie. Well written, loaded cast, and a nice original story. Well, more than most.

You must've hated the first one too then because it was equally as funny.

    I loved them both.
