You guys might be jumping too quickly. The Titans are at the tail end of their 10 year rebuilding plan. One of these days we're going to kick someones butt!

If we had it to do all over again we should have kept mortgaging the future again and again in the early 2000's and kept that team together longer. But I don't wanna look in the rearview, I wanna do all we can to win Now! Well Next year anyway……lol.

I like your idea, but once McNair was on the downslide in 2004, there was no coming back.

Jeff Fisher was only good at three things:

    1. Making people think he is anything more than an at-best average coach.

    2. Keeping Donnie Nickey employed.

    3. Growing a mustache.

If I had to do it over again I would've not hired Munchak. Fisher being fired was the right move. Honestly, I think ownership was more of the problem than anything else.

Also, when you miss on basically all of your 1st round picks. It's hard to turn things around. It is crucial to land some talent through the draft, franchise changing players. Us? Nope. Chris Johnson I guess for a bit but RBs aren't all that valuable in the grand scheme of things.

Nope. But I can't blame the franchise for trying to move on. Hindsight is 2020. McNair would have been horrible with the 2005-2007 team. He looked slightly Above average on the very good ravens team. He would have done less with the titans than VY did.
