Just shows how much of a classless ass this guy is, playing against a weak oline and rookie QB..... Real leader there,

 

I am thrilled with how mett played today. Three hundred yards and only one pick behind that crap ol?

More to the point, he stayed calm. Made his reads. And by and large, was accurate. If he can show growth over the next nine weeks, we may have our QB.

 

Avery Williamson is a great ILB and has been a steal!! I really like that kid!

Mett looked nervous in the 1st half as he well should playing behind that oline with Watt & Clowney targeting him. After he settled down he made some very good throws. On his pick Walker has to step in front of that defender and help his rookie QB out. IMO that was a large amount of the problem. The WRs, TEs, & olineman acted as if they had a vet at Qb instead of playing with a sense of urgency because the Qb is a rookie and needs to depend on them. It was more of them depending on him.

GRIFFIN IS A JOKE!!! CUT, TRADE, OR BENCH HIM!!!! I do not care which, but put Stafford in his place and never look back!!

OL is horrible. The pocket closed in on Mett the entire game! With that much invested in the OLine there is no excuse for this. If the OL Coach isn't looking for work after this yr I will be pissed! What a freaking joke!

 

I pray that Mett continues to show growth. I pray he can improve every week and be the guy at QB. I am not saying he will, but I damn sure hope so. We MUST spend our FA & Draft rebuilding this HORRIBLE defense!!! NO MORE 1ST ROUND OLINE PICKS!!!

 

I liked Metts pocket presence. He seems to be comfortable even with the pocket being pushed in on him every play.

Lewan looked good other than the facemask. It wouldn't have even been called if he was protecting Luck, Brady, or practically all the other QBs tho.

Why are our Dbs playing so freaking far off WRs?? Drives me nuts to see that kind of cushion. Gives up 5yds on nearly every play. Automatic 1st on 2nd play if facing a good QB.

OUR D JUST GOT BEAT UP BY OUR FORMER 2ND STRING QB WHO IS A INT. MACHINE!! This D got NO PICKS ON FITZY?????? WTF??? They were there to be had. Just a lack of playmaking ability and no real effort.

 

This rookie class is impressive. Our QB, LT, RB, and defensive signal caller all looking pretty good.

And I thought that the nose tackle from Penn state was going to be the most important rookie.

 

Hey Mett did pretty good.. I was thinking he would go for about 210 with maybe 2 picks and a fumble on his first day out.. but he looked alright. It's a start anyway, I certainly agree we should stick with the kid moving forward.. like JC said, we damn sure know what to expect out of Locker and CBJ

 

Yes.

1) this was zacks rookie debut (did u expect a career day?)
2) he was going against one of the best defensive lineman in the game. Watt.
3) this overpaid OL sucks ass
4) our receivers aren't doing shlt to help.
5) No one can say, with a straight face, that either of our other QB's could have done any better today. I say one would have been injured and the other woulda done worse.

Zach did very well considering

 

agreed.. Fitz is guaranteed at least one pick a game. Leave it to the Titans to prove that stat wrong.

 

Hey man he did good. Austin Davis had a good game. Kevin kolb had a good game. Matt Flynn.

One game ain't enough for me to hand next year over no questions asked. Is he on that path? Sure. Not there yet
