Those predicting only one sec team in the playoffs are probably right. They are cannibalizing each other. Georgia and Ole Miss getting their 2nd losses yesterday.

I think the sec champ is in even with 2 losses but it seems more and more likely that will be the only team. If Bama runs the table and Miss State's only loss is to Bama then you would have 2. That's a big if.

Georgia proved yesterday they are not on par with the big 4 in the west. Florida has a good running game but against top teams they have been slowed. For Georgia to give up 400 yards rushing is appalling. Auburn will kill them next week.

 

There is no conference better than the sec this year and it ain't close.

 

Based on what? The subjective AP rankings? I'm not arguing that the SEC is not the best conference this year but it's not as clear cut as you make it out to be. The SEC East leader lost to Indiana who is winless in the B1G.

Do you really think Miss St, Bama, or Auburn is that much better than Oregon, TCU, Mich St, or even K-State? If you watched the Auburn/K-State game you'd know K-State looked like the better team.

It's unfortunate that people (not necessarily including you) seem to rely on the AP rankings to form their opinion without actually watching football outside of the SEC.

 

I base it on reality. There is no other conference with the depth of the sec. Let Oregon, mich st, or tcu play bama auburn and miss state in the same season and see how they do.

Face it, you suffer extreme butthurt as another victim of the SEC SEC SEC domination.

 

We've heard that claim before. Move "fill in non-SEC team" into the SEC and they wouldn't stand a chance. Mizzou put that argument to rest last year by winning the East in its 2nd year. They may win the East again this year.
