I personally was not a fan of Ingram early in his career with New Orleans. He showed a lack of consistency and nagging injuries. Ultimately, I didn't even like the draft pick for the Saints from the sheer fact it didn't seem like he fit their fast-faced offense.

Fast foward to 2014, yes his contract year, and Ingram now looks like a new back altogether.

Ingram has just finished his third straight 100 yard game on the ground after gashing the Niners defense for 127 yards. This after 100 yards and 2 TDs week prior to Carolina and 172 yards and a TD vs GB.

No matter the opponent or his contract year situation - I have changed my opinion on Ingram as of late and seeing how he should be a free agent in 2015 - I can see him as a fit for the Titans.

Shonne Greene has obviously been a colossal bust signing, so the Titans should be looking to improve their RBBC tandem with Sankey (who is not a bell-cow #1 back IMO). So they will need a bigger replacement. I doubt Ingram will break the bank especially with teams shying away from the run game in recent years - and he has Southern ties to Alabama and now New Orleans - so why not add one more to that resume in Nashville?

I think we all know Beast-Mode isn't coming here so it's time to look at the next tier down.

Anyone else on board? Or is the majority not sold on him in a contract year and currently on a better team and better situation than he would ultimately be coming into - in Tennessee?

Hey, if he is available, why not?! Shonne Greene sucks, and Ingram will easily out perform him.

Beast Mode would love it here. It is well known that he doesn't like talking to the media. He would never have to worry about talking to the media here...

No. He'll be too expensive and we need to invest the money elsewhere.

Maybe Andrews will be a good #2 to Sankey next season.

We don't need a RB. We need QB, OL, WR, DL, LB, CB, S... basically everything but RB.

I've always been a fan of Ingrams. Made sure I grabbed him in 3 of my 4 FF leages.

I like Ingram a lot and thought about the possibility of pursuing him in FA. I'm all for it. Sankey is average as average gets. He's neither fast or powerful.

I thought he looked good today. Considering the opponent.

    Should have ran more IMO

I agree, and am getting pretty tired of seeing Greene coming into the game for goal line situations. I think that putting Sankey behind Klug would be more successful, since he always seems to find a crease.

Hopefully Greene is just renting in Nashville.....
