Id say by about the 3rd or 4th day of the cold season people living in it adjust and aren't as effected by the cold as say anyone living in a milder climate. Unless the Titans have gone ice skating all week the weather will be a factor.

What was the weather in Nashville last week? Cause Pittsburgh has been cold for a while now.

 

Pitt is cold AF. I went to school just outside of Pittsburgh. PA is pretty cold in general but it can be 10 degrees colder in and around Pitt compared to where I live in PA.
