So, if you haven't heard, Buffalo NY got dumped on by snow (like 5 feet of it lol) and more is expected to come over the next few days.

I've seen pictures of people that have been stranded on the interstate for over 24 hours. There is currently a travel ban because the roads are inaccessible.

The Buffalo Bills are no exception, and have also been impacted by the snow. The Bills players are not able to make it to practice, and it looks like they may not be able to practice all week long ... And to add on top of that, they play at home on Sunday, and the stadium is currently under a blanket of snow.

Right now the plan is to play as scheduled (Sunday 1:00 pm at Buf), but is that fair? If the Bills aren't able to practice at all this week, that would put them at a huge disadvantage.

If they moved the game to another location, then you add on top of that because they would essentially lose 1 home game (and the home field advantage that comes with it) on top of going a full week without practice/game planning/training room/ect.

Even if the snow gives them some home field advantage, surely that would be negated by a week of no practice, no going over game plans/film with coaches, etc

They should play as planned if they're able to get in their 3 practices. It doesn't take an entire week to prepare for a game, hell we're not even wearing pads this week to prepare for the Eagles.

Its also a divisional game, so there is a level of familiarity between the 2 teams.

2 years ago my area in CT was slammed with a similar situation. All the leafs were still on the trees so when the snow came down it weighed down on branches ripping trees right out of the ground. Some people had no power for 3 weeks waiting for crews from North and South Carolina to come to their rescue.

I myself was without power or heat for a week, it was rough times having those 2 things taken away. If the people of Buffalo are dealing with that, its going to be quite hard for fans to even make the game. All of the gas from New jersey to CT was gone because everyone was starting up generators. hard to travel when the stations are emptied out.
