    well it looks like something called effervescence, and if you had cement walls it would make sense, but either way if it is effervescence, its easily treated. Its just salt deposits. Wipe it away with water and that should do it.

    I dare you to eat it tho, will pay you $50 to film it. It might get you twisted, for real.
