Prima Donnas ruined the Titans

    I hadn't actually looked at a list of them. Yuuuuck.

    Anyone who had a hand in drafting those players - not just Webster but also the scouts - should be fired.

    That said, I'll be surprised if a single one of them is.

    While I agree with almost all of your post, I stand by my premise that the Prima Donna culture has played a role in ruining draft picks and work ethic for this franchise. These guys see how the "leaders" act like VY and CJ. As you've said previously, there is a culture problem here and that culture problem was started by the Prima Donna "we deserve all the glory and shouldn't have to work for it" attitude.

    I don't throw ALL the Titans lack of success on Webster- just the lack of talent. It IS the GMs responsibility to stock the team with talent at a value. He has failed at both.

    I just like any thread that mentions Chris Henry. I will never forget when we tried him at kickoff returns....literally ran straight ahead for 10 yards and was tackled for several straight kickoffs LOL. If only he played like he looked like he could play.......

    You have to laugh at the logic of drafting a RB who could not even start for his college team in the 2nd round...

    Marks, for example is having his 2nd good season in a row in Jacksonville, surprisingly. Brown has been solid. Ayers has looked good when used as a pass rusher. Maybe your definition differs from mine, but I hope 2nd round picks turn into good players, not necessarily stars. I believe in the right situations, some of these guys could be stars.

    Chris Henry looked like what steroids look like when steroids take steroids. So fast and strong but no vision. You knew there was going to be a high speed collision every time he had the ball in his hands. The guy had heart, and one helluva chin.
