Was that the 2001 injustice of Nebraska getting destroyed but still somehow making it to the BCS title game only to get destroyed again by Miami?

 

I remember that BS that year. Oregon got screwed that year. They should have been the team that got to get destroyed by Miami.

FYI, it's not generally a good idea to run one's mouth before a game is over, less one look like a doofus at the outcome.

Up by 19 points and letting the Barn get a pity TD with 20 seconds on the clock? Yeah, that's called "controlling the game". Bama didn't even show up until the second half and still spanked the Barn in the end.

Hats off to Auburn though, they wanted it tonight and gave Bama one helluva punch.

 

Who the hell thought up "Game Control" as a parameter? If they were to enforce that nobody would be in the playoffs. Alabama struggled against Auburn, FSU struggles against Florida, Ohio (presumptive #4) struggled against Michigan, Oregon struggles with Washington St. Winning pretty should never be a parameter.
