OK let's also be realistic here. No one wanted the Browns job because of ownership, not because it lacked talent. Only teams on that list that I wouldn't trade roster with are the Vikings and Redskins.

Browns and Texans were/are a good QB away from being real contenders, and maybe surprisingly Hoyer and Fitzpatrick have provided just enough to get around .500.

Lions have had all the pieces, maybe save OL for the past couple of years, but always underperform for some reason.

Vikings and Redskins I consider to be in the same boat as the Titans. No real stars and generally mediocre talent all around, not to mention serious questions at QB.

I don't believe any of those coaches would have had more success with this team. Only "new" coach I could see have success would be Chip Kelly, because his system probably fit our offense personnel better.

Browns have less talent than us.

No they don't. Joe Thomas and Josh Gordon have more talent than our entire team. Not too mention Cameron, Mack, Bitonio, Gipson, Hayden, and two rookie RB's both better than our prized second rounder.

Honestly I think we have the worst roster in the NFL. It would be a toss up with Jax.

So you're telling me that a suspended WR, a rookie 4th rd RB and an unddrafted RB put them over the top? Cmon man.

    Cameron over Walker?

You said talent. If you think Josh Gordon doesn't have more talent in his left hand than our entire WR core you are blind. 87 rec 1,646 yds 9 tds with Weeden as his QB. Back from his suspension and he's avg 7.5 catches and ~100 yds a game. He's a top 5 WR and he's 23 yrs old.

Yes have you watched their RB's? They made Tate expendable and the UDFA is the best of the group so far.

Cameron over Walker is a toss up. I would take a healthy Cameron over Walker. Did you see Cameron when healthy last year he was uncoverable.

So we lose at QB, RB, WR and OL on offense. Defensively we lose in all three levels talent wise. I fail to see any argument that could be amde for us being more talented than the Browns but please humor me.

Pettine and Caldwell really have turned it around for their teams.

Detroit is one of the most talented teams in the NFL.

The point wasn't to look at how much better their teams are than ours. It was to look at if the teams improved from last year to this year. Pretty much every team on that list has improved from last year. Some only a little, some a lot. The Titans are the only team that is worse this year than last year.

You must really have something against capital letters. I don't think I've ever seen you use one.
