    At least we didnt just draft Jadeveon Clowney with the #1 pick. At 22-23 whatever it is, he just had microfracture surgery, horrible news for him.

    Let me be a voice of reason, I work in Sports Medicine, I've had microfracture surgery twice and I've been in on at least 50 other microfracture surgeries. He'll never be the same, not even close. I'm willing to bet he doesn't even play 7 years in the league.

    That's a bummer if so...I honestly didn't like his attitude coming out, but no questioning his skill set.

    It is terrible news for him and the Texans, but the recovery rate is decent. Lots of players have been very productive after one.

    I don't know where you're getting your info, but it may be incorrect. There aren't alot of football players that have had it recently bc of the poor results. Some guys that have had it in the last 10 yrs: Chris Webber, Kenyon Martin, Amare Stoudamire, Brandon Roy,Greg Oden just to name a few.

    Deshaun Foster, RB from UCLA that played with the Panthers, is the only guy I can think of who had a moderately successful career after this surgery. Although it didn't hurt that he split carries with Stephen Davis too.
