Nah man, I applaud anyone who did what you claim to have done, way to go. You're already twice as strong as scarecrow

    What your max 320ish?

    Anyone do yoga?

My hips and hamstrings are too tight, which leads to a rounded back when I squat heavy and that creates some lower back pain that usually makes me miss about a week's worth of lifting. Thinking about picking it up to help with flexibility.

No because I have a penis and don't live in California.

I bet your girl would appreciate it when you hit her with that new move you learned and conqured by doing yoga.

I don't think yoga does anything to increase ding dong size.

You don't do yoga in Montgomery, Alabama. Trust me. I'd try it but this just ain't the place.

    I'm a fat **** right now. I need to drop 30.

@520 did you hit your goal of 250?

Yoga? Nah but youd be wise to get more flexible somehow. If it's yoga keep it a secret.

I need to be doing some leg work. I'm 6'0 165 (put on 30 pounds of mostly muscle in the past year and a half) with some skinny legs. I've got a bum knee and had to have surgery after a bball injury so I'm not too keen on squats.

I don't go to a gym, just use my own free weights. Anyone got any ideas on some leg exercises that won't put too much strain on my knee?

Moving up in age.......to the middle ages.

I have a co-worker who took up yoga after a major back surgery. He swears by it, saying that it has helped him with flexibility and also weight management. I have never tried it.
