It was time to let Fisher walk. That's a fact. What is also a fact is that we didn't hire the right people after he was let go.

    This organization sucks.

It's not looking good. But that's not the point. The point is that you need to cut ties with a guy who isn't capable of taking the team all the way. Keeping Fisher around these past few years and potentially going 8-8 and 9-7 rather than 6-10 and 2-14 really doesn't have us any better off. The endgame is Super Bowl.

And while Fisher may be a better HC than Munch and Whis, that really ain't saying much

Cheer up! good times are coming. Whiz will get his system going next season, we won't have as many injuries, Mett will come around and be good, and we will draft some mighty men!! You just gotta believe! I've decided to do that because it makes me feel better. No neggies for me anymore! :yes2::thumbsup:

    :jagsbite: Yes, they did!!!:D

exactly. Fisher is a good football coach, just never gets better than good. I'd rather burn thru a few bad ones to find a great one.

This is where I'm at. I've been negative this season because the team looked out of it by week 6. At that point I said F it, let's get a good pick and rebuild this garbage roster. For once, they didn't win meaningless games to hurt their draft position. New coach with a new scheme, it was an evaluation year. Now he knows what he has, what he needs, and a high pick to try to fix it.

After we lose to the Colts next week, I'll be optimistic and expect playoffs next year. If it doesn't happen, well damn, but I'd rather be optimistic through our off-season.

Yeah, except he was 28 games over .500 in his time here. It's going to be a long time before Nashville see's that kind of production from a head coach again.

We can complain all we want, but Whiz will be back at least one more year....The only thing we can hope to see is a quality draft, some good FA signings, cutting some fat, and hopefully some more wins next year. That said, I was eager to have Whiz because of how bad Munch was, but my god we are WAY worse now. Only the Titans could do this lol. I just don't understand this guy.

McCluster was HIGHLY over-rated. I was expecting good things from him. But in TC- he looked like another scrub. No burst or flat line speed.

Yes man Webster goes out and buys whatever his coach tells him to buy. Webster doesn't know jack-chit about talent. Just like his mentor Reinfeldt.
