First major move Titans make in the offseason.

    Problem is, there aren't any "elite" QB's in this draft, or in the upcoming free agency market. Our best bet with the #2 pick will be to solidify the defense with DE/OLB Randy Gregory from Nebraska, or grab arguably the best WR, Amari Cooper. Whiz is gonna go with Mett one more year, keep CBJ who has 1 year left on his contract, and draft a QB late or pick up someone else's left over QB in free agency. That's what I'm thinking.......

    Only way I take Cooper is if he is the next Calvin. Which I don't think he is.

    Williams is a beast at #2. I would take and deal with Gregory, or Cooper at #2 as well. All of the mocks say Winston as of now though.

    I'm all for finding an elite QB. That's not Winston.
    What do all elite QBs have? A team around them.
    Chicken or the egg.
    If we go with that chicken we'll have egg on our faces.

    An elite QB would get this team to 8-8, maybe... 1 and done in the playoffs.

    That's only if we had an ELITE one.

    Fix the rest of the team.

    I dunno about the rest of you but I'm on the "Cut Griffin, Sign McCourty" train. I would love to see the twins both playing in Tennessee.

    LOL. Most ridiculous analogy ever. I'm not saying Winston is the best QB ever. But if he balls out in the playoffs, we should take a chance on him.
