If you would quit following the Titans just because of who they draft then you aren't really a dedicated fan. You're only a fan if they do what you want. So you might as well start scouting new teams to follow because I promise you that some day this team will make decision that you feel is unacceptable. To me I just get excited when they finally do what I want. But it rarely happens. Conversely I have to admit sometimes my teams don't do what I want and it works out great.

your point is nothing without sensationalism. Not drafting Moss sealed our fate in not winning a Super Bowl. Because Moss went on to play in SOOOO many Super Bowls with the Vikings. For all you know, Moss would have been a complete bust here and because of that, would have missed out on the post seasons we did make and the good players we did draft. There is a good chance Moss would have never been the Moss we know today if he went to us because of the vastly different offense we ran compared to the Vikings.

There are always exceptions to the rule but the point is that qb is too important of a position to allow it to be a deficit. When your team is weak in that area and you have an obvious top 5 talent you don't pass on it because of so called character issues. You have to take a chance. IMO.

Oh yeah, none. Mcnair showed no bad signs in college, his troubles came after football. JW has J Russell, V Young written all over him. The new faces of winning franchises are Wilson, Rodgers, Brees, Brady, Manning, Flacco, etc guys that display maturity and good decision making. The only guy with alot of trouble i can think of is Big Ben.
I think people tend to forget how good by and Russell were in college since their bust in the NFL. Even kapernick (sp) won't make it without Harbaugh. The project like jw have been tried, they do not work. So if we waste a 2 pick on him, dont worry titans fans, we will have plenty of top 5 picks in the coming years.

old oilers fan: Most qbs leading a successful franchise right now were not top ten picks. Someone saw raw talent and developed it. On the contrary, most bad franchises draft the new fad QB every 3-4 years hoping to strike gold. Most of the time it never happens.
