Which free agents should the Titans try to obtain?

Fitz is more of a possession receiver now. What we need is bona fide playmaker because we don't have one. Hunter has the physical tools but just hasn't put it all together. Wright just doesn't have the speed to threaten a defense.

Randall Cobb would do wonders for our offense. If I were Cobb I wouldn't leave playing with Rodgers for playing with Mett or who ever else we have at QB.

 

Suh and knighton would make our look way better. With suh, casey and knighton in on the line our linebackers would instantly look better.

I would stay away from jpp and hardy, noy because I think they are bad players or won't transition well, but because idt we'll get anywhere near our moneys worth out of them.

We would still need a run stuffing mlb, a decent corner and at least one more olb.

With just suh, knighton and bulga being signed onto our team I think we are a 5 or 6 win team. Sign a few other guys at olb, mlb, cb, g and wr ( don't have to be stars). Then we would be prepared to take bpa in almost every round. This would put us in the playoff hunt for sure.

 

I would love Cobb or Knighton.

 

Why not both?! I like Knighton a lot. Cobb needs a solid QB, however, I do like that he is not one dimensional. He can be a KR, WR, and he runs the ball well also. It sure would be nice to have that kind of guy in two tone blue.

Money talks and we have a lot. Plus, a player like Cobb is from Tennessee. That could help plus no state income tax. Our money goes futher

 

Cobb is everything Kendall Wright should be.

But he won't come to the Titans. The Packers are probably the NFL's best organization. Players want to play there. I expect Cobb will do what all the Packers do and take a home-town discount to stay. Catching passes from Aaron Rodgers is pretty attractive. Catching passes from Zach Mettenberger... not quite as attractive.

In other words, don't get your hopes up.

 

No doubt. If I was lined up next to Jordy Nelson, with Eddie Lacy as my running back, and Rodgers throwing me the ball, I'm not going ANYWHERE!

Yea true, but playing football in Green Bay is far more appealing than playing in Nashville where interest is at an all-time low, Cobb isn't coming here.
