Although I do fear that Peyton's history with choking (and the fact he hasn't played well lately) will give the Colts the win this weekend.

I don't like Luck or The Colts but I appreciate their aggressive passing offense.
If they were to get ahold of an Odell Beckham type DP WR stud and draft a Jeremy Hill type crusher for the backfield they would be about unstoppable on offense.

What he did against the Bengals was nothing special at all. Any qb in the top 60 percent could have done that performance.

If his WRs weren't dropping everything he put square in the bread basket those numbers would have looked MUCH different.

Where does Joe Flacco rank in that tier system?

People never being up his name when talking elite - they just had a piece on NFL Live and FOX Sports One - hes an Average to Good QB in regular season

But in post season he goes bonkers.

Dont have the stats in front of me but isnt he 2nd or 3rd all time for road playoff wins?

10-4 playoff record plus a superbowl under his belt.

Yet noooooo one talks about Flacco, not even being elite but at the very least a top 10 QB?!

Just like the MAJORITY of his games, the balls thrown in the defenders breadbasket his career would be MUCH different.

I love how people go nuts about the receivers dropping balls on him and go poor luck. When he throws a clear dropped INT, it just gets shuffled away to never be heard of again.

And I love how one specific game can be mentioned in the quoted post - but it cleverly gets switched to all the other ones in the retort. Luck did not throw a bunch of dropped INTs in the playoff game against Cincy and stand by my original comment, which remains true.

Im using it as an example of the way media spins Andy Luck stories. The big news of that game was dropped balls by wide receivers. Yet you never here mention of after Luck wins a game they bring up the fact how it might have been reversed if the clear cut INT's he threw were caught it would have been completely different.

They skew luck far too much in the positive when he is about average not the best.

The NFL is never going to cover that - because it's not relevant. And to be fair, most QBs have their share of freebies.
The Colts are in the final 8 and a lot of that has to do with Andrew Luck. I don't like it, but I am envious.
