I don't really think the two are all that similar. Once Haynesworth got his money he mailed it in from day 1 with the Redskins and that was when they was running a 4-3. The second year they switched to a 3-4 and he publicly stated he didn't want to play in a 3-4 and did everything in his power to not play. Suh has never had his desire to play questioned and has played for big money several years. Suh would be professional and probably would like playing it once he started to play the position provided we got the NT to play along side of him so he would probably be more of a playmaker. Suh could play NT which is similar to what he plays at a 1-tech but I think he could be more disruptive as the DE, probably as disruptive as Watt.

I think Suh could be even more disruptive than Watt, given the right team and fit.

Very unrealistic lions retain Suh franchise tag would cost them 26mil, are they really that stupid to tie over half there money on stafford, megatron, and Suh. Good luck filling the rest of the roster.

It's a freakin joke that the next player up thinks they deserve the highest paid contract at he position they play.

I think we are a long way from a LBer and CB fixing this defense. This defense not only needs dominant players to start, but good depth behind them. We are lacking in depth. I do want to sign Houston. I think he will be great for a long time. Playing for Horton he would be awesome IMO. Needing depth is not a reason not to sign a difference maker. Houston is young, very productive, and ready to get paid.....pay the man in TN for pete's sake. This town needs some excitement again. If a guy like this were in his 30's like Ware I would be leary of a break the bank contract, but as young as Houston is he could be great for years to come. We must find difference makers to fill the many holes in this roster. I know you build a team through the draft, but we have too many holes to fill them all through the draft.

I have asked several people about Washington CB Marcus Peters. He has character issues. (Kicked off team for reportedly trying to choke an assistant coach) However, several people are saying he is the best cover corner to enter the draft in the past 14yrs. Many teams were polled recently and said they have taken him off their boards for the incident. I have not seen much tape on this kid, but what I have seen looks really good. He is going to be available in the 3rd IMO. If he is as good as I have seen on tape & many think he is, I am all in on him in the 3rd. If he plays up to what I've seen on tape or even close; he is a steal in the 3rd. I hope we take a chance on him to be honest. I know he has issues, but who hasn't lost their temper and wanted to choke their boss???

The problem is that the Titans are always last to the dance in FA. We wait until the best players are signed & then we jump in and mop up what no one else wanted......Oher for instance. We VERY rarely even visit with the guys that make a difference for a team. I know every team needs role players, but this team is built on role players, that GM wants to over achieve. It just oes not happen that way very often. I know that big name FA often flame out quickly, but at some point this team HAS to show the fans that they really want to win. If we do not attempt to sign some real difference makers in FA this year I will be very disappointed.

The Giants like to think they are a classy Organization. They want no part of Suh.

FYI we signed Andy Levitre within hours of FA opening, but we do seem to like bargain players, so what youre saying isn't too far off.

A few things. OLB and DE are more epnsive positions than WR. QB is the most expensive. Second, only ILB's need to be kept 'clean' and Suh and Houston are neither. Both Suh and Houston could be good here as they excel at beating 1v1 matchups.

I find it interesting you want Winston and DGB in the second. How risky do you want us to get with this draft???
