It's comical how it's the same phone call with daughter every time.

I really enjoyed the first one. I watched the second on HBO OnDemand, and it was poop.

 

Can't wait until the next one:

Taken... again... sigh... no really... God dammit.

Eh it was pretty bad. Shaky camera during action scenes to try and hide the fact Neeson's stunt double was in, story wasn't all that great, weak main villain, and a few other things I won't spoil for anyone else. However, it was probably better than the second Taken. Barely.

 

The first Taken was entertaining I guess, but the writing was poor. I was unimpressed.

 

If you took it for what it was, it was entertaining. Just a badass killing bad guys.

But yea there were a lot of cheesy lines.

The unrated version was better... More violent. Instead of shooting that guy in the elevator once he shot him like ten times. Lol

The Iceman

period movie about a mob hitman in 70s New Jersey

 

I've been meaning to watch that for a awhile now. If you haven't already seen it, check out the documentary the Iceman Tapes. I think it was originally on HBO.
