Idk. I hate the Colts. More so than ever actually.

These lucky mother****ers suck ass at the perfect time and get Peyton and then Luck. That is like Brad Pitt going from Aniston straight to Jolie. No lag between the vag. (I much prefer Aniston over Jolie)

We suck ass every year and have no franchise QB to show for it.

    It's envious hate, I suppose.

    IF?

It's not a matter of if. It's a matter of when. They're one game away. We were about 12-13 games away.

They're getting there before us. I never doubted that. I also never said Luck was bad, so this doesn't shock me. He was just (and still is) overrated. He just doesn't have the body of work for me to say he's the best yet, but he does keep improving.

yeah, you make your own luck. Colts tanked at the perfect time. Starting Curtis Painter for a season, without any attempt at an upgrade, is the definition of tanking. They were losing and totally OK with it.

Smarter than we were... Tanking does pay off in select sports. Penguins got Sidney Crosby, Colts get Luck.

Luck is good. There is no denying that. But, like many of you have said, just overhyped. He's a 3rd year QB and you would think he's won 6 Superbowls by the way people talk about him. Its been that way since he was drafted. At least he wasn't just another overhyped bust. But he has a ways to go before he should be mentioned with the elite QBs.

Edit: Looking at his stats, he was better than I thought this year. But he still turned the ball over 22 times.

The media needs there to be somebody better than the rest, no one is making money talking about Philip Rivers and Tony Romo.

Luck throws at least 5 "should be" interceptions a game.

Like... directly to wide open defenders... and somehow they're always dropped. It's truly amazing.

I made a drinking game out out of it. Drink every time should have thrown a pick.

You'll be drunk by halftime, usually.

    andrew LUCK.

The most perfectly named player to ever exist.

I don't get it, just because a player is in your favorite team's division he sucks? Or he's not very good? Luck is one of the most talented QBs in the game today. I don't like that he'll probably be in the Titans division for another decade but that guy can ball.

Comparing his 3rd year in the league to Peyton's 3rd year is interesting. Luck threw about 300 yards more and tossed 7 more TDS with an addition INT. His completion % was 61.7 to Manning's 62.5. Isn't Manning regarded as one of the greatest QBs ever? Not saying Luck it there obviously, but he seems to be well on track to being a hall of fame QB.

While we're at it, let's compare him to Brady. Brady didn't get to 4,700+ yards passing in a season until his 7th full playing season in the league (his 8th year). Brady threw 50 TDs that which was the first time he even had over 30 TDs in a season. Luck has done this in his 3rd year.

So while we may not like Luck playing for the Colts and all the talk surrounding him, he's already passed Brady and Manning at this point in their careers so you can see why people are talking about him the way they are.

Oh and it's a pretty moot point to even talk about the fact he can run.

His numbers don't NEAR live up to his hype.

The only thing Luck does better than most is get a ton of yards.

Which is only because he passes a TON of times.

And if you watch his play style- it's all dump offs so 90% of the time, all the yards come from some dink pass where the receiver then gains 30 yards after the catch.

Plenty of division players I can admit are great: Watt, Reggie Wayne, TY Hilton, etc etc... but Luck is an average QB with ESPN making people believe otherwise.

There's a reason his rookie numbers were comparative to Jake Lockers'.
