    A few things...

I feel confident that if 2015 is as bad a flop as 2014, that Whis and Webster will be gone.

I'm holding onto hope (what I sadly, truly believe will turn into false hope) that Whis is better than he was last year and its in part due to the system and pulling players early regarding insignificant injuries.

The one thing Webster has excelled and done right is regarding the bountiful cap space and ability to make moves, as well as extend when we have a player worth extending.

I made a post last year that 2015 was really the time to make a coaching change based on roster structure and ability to gut team. If you believe in Tommy's comments near the end of the season, I think we will see a big roster purge as high as 50% of the 53 man gameday roster.

Aren't we required to spend on free agency? Like 90% of our funds?

Something that nobody even mentions about this season is how different our team was after locker went down. I think whiz was all in on locker and knew he essentially had a free year if he couldn't stay on the field. We weren't good by any means, but not 2-14 bad.

Then he flipped the script and turned every game into a tryout, with zero intention of winning. He wanted a top pick just in case he needs a new qb. If your not in the playoff hunt, why not tank the remainder of the season? We would be in worse shape if we would have won 6 games.

I want to think that is what happened, but then why did Sankey get so few touches. Feeding Greene the rock down the stretch just didn't make sense to me when we needed to get Sankey more experience.

This made me think that maybe greene has a play claus in his contract. Maybe not. We will never agree with all of the coaches decisions, but I do believe what I said.

Levitre was the top OL FA at the time. Everyone was excited to get him. Most of the FA signings the last few years have seemed solid on paper. But, most of the players put on a Titans uniform and decided to suck...that's not on the GM.

Cut our losses with Levitre. Like someone said, cutting Oher now means we don't lose any money from that deal. Roos won't come back/retire. Sign a RT, draft a LG in the middle round, and bring in some vets to compete at Center. The OL won't be perfect then but it's a good start.

I'm still a big believer in dominating both sides of the line to win games. Maybe if we do this and draft Leonard Williams then we could be heading in the right direction again.

I completely disagree. If it's not on the GM, who is it on? (Other than Levitre, of course.)

It's literally in the GM's job description to be responsible for knowing which players are worth signing. Just because fans think a player is the top FA doesn't mean he's actually the best. The GM's job is to dig deep and find out if the player is worth the money.

Webster gave Levitre a massive contract and he immediately sucked.

The Broncos gave Louis Vasquez half as much money and he was a first-team All-Pro and helped them get to the Super Bowl.

Which GM did a better job? If all Webster does is sign the player fans think is the best, the Titans may as well just pay a dumb fan $500 to be GM. Webster needs to bring way, way more to the table.

So then you would agree any "dumb" fan could have done just as good a job as Webster in both drafting and free agency, correct?
