We need to get rid of Webster has anyone thought about what he did to the Seahawks. Webster left, they rebuilt and look at them now.

this isn't the whole truth of the matter, as I told you before, Webster was a sidekick in Seattle, never had full reign of that franchise.

When some people stop working, they wither rather quickly.

I don't see Dick going to Indy. I don't think he knows or has coached with anyone there. He is going to want to go somewhere where he knows the coaches. That's us or retire.

Colts have 3 coaches who coached against him in the AFC North for years; Chuck Pagano, assistant coach from Cleveland Rob Chudzinskim, and former Ravens coach Jeff FitzGerald. Im sure there's some relationship there, not sure if good or bad but still a familiarity.

Don't rule out Cincy. Lebeau lives there and he is still loved there.
Bringing back a guy they fired as HC to work under his replacement might be weird but it is his turf and he has worked with many people in that org..

I have seen this as well....all too often. The fact that he us looking and talking about this tells me that he has no intent of retiring here.
