Locker's Top 6 Moments

That game against the Lions was the best regular season game I’ve ever watched. It was back and forth the whole time, but the last 2 minutes were BRUTAL to watch. Still can’t believe they got that hail mary.

I hate the injury bug got Jake so many times. I think he could have been solid for us. My biggest fear is he goes to another team, lights it up and is never injured again. It was kinda like me being afraid this year that CJ was going to light it up for the Jets. Glad that didn’t happen.

 

Maybe. But it would have been clearer much sooner whether he was the guy or a bust. We could have moved on sooner or he could have lived up to the hype is my point.

 

Sadly the best game Jake ever had was also the same game that essentially did him in. That 1st half against NYJ showed us what might have been and what really was. A great player that just could not stay on the field.

 

I hear you, but I highly doubt it...I was honestly not worried at all about CJ lighting it up. He can't run between the tackles, lost a step, and the Jets/Geno suck. I actually wouldn't mind seeing Locker get better, at least he was a stand up player.

 

Rex had a lot of nice things to say this year about Jake because of that game. And that is precisely the reason I think Jake signs with Buffalo this year.

 

I have to admit I was originally very excited about getting Jake Locker. I loved watching him develop and I was very disappointed every time he got hurt. Finally my disappointment turned to disdain. I still feel pretty bitter towards him even though I logically know that it couldnt have been his his fault. Nevertheless theres something in me that thinks he brought the injuries on himself by either being too soft or too ignorant to know how to protect himself. I know that's not fair so I try to just not think about him. Having said that, I wish him the best but probably not really.

 

Locker will sign with Houston. Never get hurt again and win 3 SB's with them. That's how it is to be a Titans fan.
