The question we really need to ask is:
    How good is Damien Stafford?
Is he tradeable for a late round pick?

Well it looks like more cap space....yay!

I get that he is frustrated with the fan support, we all are. But how can you expect a good turnout when the product on the field is this piss poor? Fan support and winning go hand-in-hand. Having a good home field can help us win but it's difficult to get a good home field if we're not winning.

Once he has mentioned that he wants out, you have to put him out. The sooner the better. You do not want this dude in your locker room claiming to be a team leader. Cancer is a better word.

Pollard was already 50/50 to be released with his age, declining play & major inj.. now it's about 90/10 lol. I'm okay with that. Give Stafford the job, or draft a SS. Honestly, we have so many needs, just draft BPA with every pick lol.

Regarding Dawson, I was very surprised by this. Always heard good things about him. Honestly though, we went 2-14. Heads will roll. I doubt Pollard knows ANYTHING about the job Dawson did - probably just friends.

I do worry this is a bad organization making another bad move, but we'll see.

Funny, I read some really good stuff about Blake Beddingfield a few weeks ago, now it seems he's getting a promotion.

I don't particularly like Kuharsky, but he made some good/interesting points on Twitter.. He said Dawson does a great job promoting himself, and that is the reasoning for his reputation.. He also said many unqualified ppl get job interviews (in ref. to Dawson's 4 GM interviews) but it's telling he didn't get any of those jobs.

Good riddance.. I appreciated his fiery attitude and leadership, but his shtick gets old fast.. probably why he's been on 5+ teams. He's far from irreplaceable.. 31 years old and coming off a major inj. Not to mention his repeated boneheaded penalties.

Stafford or a late round pick can do the job.

I would perfer to retain a healthy Pollard

but by the time the Titans are, hopefully competing for championships, he would be done

So I get he wants out and the Titans should grant his wishes.

Is it possible Pollard was the tumor Delanie Walker spoke out about?
