    Try to plan ahead and have some healthier options available. If you don't break the junk food addiction it's gonna be tough to get where you want to be.

    I don't know how accurate this is but I've seen it passed around all over the place so I'm assuming it's legit. Maybe it could help you.

    Fairly similar, just subbed more tasty things.

    Meal 1: 3 eggs, 1 cup oat meal+banana, honey and 2% milk, vitamins
    OR 3 eggs, 1 cup oatmeal+water, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries vitamins**
    Meal2: 4 servings broccoli, 1 chicken breast, 1 apple, 1 serving of crunchy peanut butter.
    Meal 3: 3.5 servings sugar snap peas(or occasionally green peas. I love peas, but they're so calorically dense), 1 chicken breast.
    Meal 4: Trader Joe's non-fat greek yogurt, blueberries, strawberries and blackberries.
    OR protein smoothie with 2 scoops of protein, greek yogurt, bananas, peanut butter and 2% milk.**

    **If I had the milk oat meal I wouldn't have the protein smoothie that same day.

    A couple times of week I'd have 1/2 a pint of Ben and Jerry's ice cream just to get some extra calories.

    About 2600 calories, 80g fat, 214g protein, 286g carbs with the ice cream and smoothie.

    im sure there is a lot of truth in that, but does it hold truth while under the influence of cannabis? lol

    I'm only 5'9" and was 174 when I started cutting. i wanted to get to 180, but I just got sick of looking at myself.

    I dno...few servings if pasta...few cans if soda...a king size Hershey's w almonds...pop tarts...mini donuts...cheez its...breakfast burrito...quesadilla....sandwich...
