I can't get past Sam Jackson dressed as some high school kid in all his scenes in the trailer.

 

John Wick. Really was expecting a turd but thought it was pretty badass.

 

just got done watching it and i thought it was funny as hell!

I've watched it like 10 times

 

The Interview I tried watching 3 times.

I usually like stupid Rogen type movies, but this was was just way too forced and not funny in the least.

I think I chuckled once toward the end. The 2nd half of it is better, but took 3 tries to get to that point. The first half of it doesn't have a single smirk-worthy moment.

 

I have to watch it again. I smoked the first time I watched it and honestly was on another planet that night... Couldn't focus on a damn thing.

All of my friends keep talking about it and say it was hilarious.

I wasn't expecting much to begin with, but I do love Rogen/Franco (I own Pineapple Express, Supedbad, Knocked Up, This is the End, etc).

The only parts that stuck with me were Jong-Un crapping his pants and the Katy Perry references... and I thought that was 12 year old humor at best.

I'm gonna give it another chance soon... since it's on Netflix.

 

If you didn't like it high- no chance you'll laugh at it sober.

 

I'm thinking that comedy is just like music in that what one generation loves another doesn't grasp at all.
I haven't liked ANY comedy from the leadership of the last 20 years. From Sandler forward it seems to have devolved further to sophomoric bathroom humor. Television's top comedy for years was 3.5 Men which was the same awful joke over and over and over ad nauseum. It all seems like a reflection of the opening scenes of "Idiocracy" and we have more than a few cable tv shows that are philosophical equals to "OW! My Balls!!"
