Combine Performances

As far as pure pass rushers, Ray and Beasley have been my two favorites for a while.

I know a lot of people seem to hate Beasley, but I think after the combine, the hate will die down a bit.

I definitely wouldn't take Ray or Beasley at #2, but if we did trade back and remained in the top 10, I'd take one of them.

Not a big fan of Dupree.

 

Perryman is gonna make someone really happy in the 3rd round.

So Beasley just solidified himself as a 1st rounder. Could see him going as high as #5 (Redskins).

 

Dupree's 2nd 40 time was way off his first. Very odd. I would take Beasley or Fowler before Dupree (in event we trade back and end up with 1 of the 3).. Dupree is a 4-3 end all the way at the next level. He's too big. I see him going #8 to the Bears.

Beasley was the first prospect I watched. Before I really dove in, I thought he may be an option at #2. If Fowler has been mocked to us, I bet Beasley will be mocked to us after this combine.

I still say Leonard Williams is the favorite. I'd take Fowler or Beasley if we trade back. Fowler is going very high though. Both are going top 10.

 

Ive had Beasley as a top ten guy since day 1 and this combine preformence just justified that IMO.

 

Dupree first 10 yard split was 1.6 and second was 1.72. Didn't look like he got of to a good start. I actually see Dupree as a 3-4 olb because of his speed. 4.56 is definitely fast enough, plus he is the most athletic of the bunch. He can play both. He seems like a Lebeau guy as well. I am really hoping we get him at 12 with a Browns trade.

 

I'd be upset if we took Beasley at 2.

Agreed. I wouldn't mind taking him on a trade back though.

Im pretty sold at staying at 2 and taking Leonard Williams.

 

Beasely would be on my radar more if we were a 4-3. That is where he needs to go.
