Unless we can get a mega trade I do not want to pass up on Leonard.

    I see 3 possible scenarios.

    1. stay at 2 and pick Williams

    2. Trade with Jets. #2 for #6, 2nd rounder, and 4th rounder

    3. Trade with Browns. #2 for #12, #19, #43 and 2016 1st.

I don't see the Rams giving up enough to move to 2. I like the Browns move the best. With 4 picks in the top 43 will net us at least 3 solid starters. If we could grab Bud Dupree at 12, Marcus Peters at 19, DGB/Jaelen Strong at 33, and best O/D lineman at 43. That'll do more than Williams and our 2nd.

I don't like your option 2. We need way more than that to pass on Williams or Winston...

I'd prefer Fowler at this point to Leonard Williams. I love Williams, but I just think 3-4 OLB is a MUCH bigger need & believe Fowler can be just as elite as Williams.

I still think a "mega trade" is the way to go. Would love the Browns #12, #19, #43, & #77 for #2. Still doubt the Browns give up on Manziel, but the media sure thinks so... they could also look to trade up for Kevin White.

    #12: Vic Beasley, OLB, Clemson
    #19: Shaq Thompson, SS, Washington
    #33: Dorial Green-Beckham, WR, Oklahoma
    #43: Nate Orchard, OLB, Utah
#66: Tre Jackson, OG, Florida St
    #77: Jake Fisher, OT, Oregon
    #97: Ellis McCarthy, NT, UCLA

That's with picking up Devin McCourty, Dan Williams, Mark Ingram, James Harrison, & Tyler Polumbus.

Add 2 rookie pass-rushers and a nice rotational vet (Harrison). Rebuilt our secondary by adding Shaq & McCourty to replace the cut Griffin & Pollard. No corners were added, but with an improved pass-rush i'm hoping for improved play for BWW, Sensa, Wooten, & Huff (who are all young). I'd rather give these guys a chance w/ a better front 7 then overpay a free agent. DGB has WR1 potential. Tre Jackson starts at LG, while Fisher & Polumbus battle for RT. Dan Williams is a near pro-bowl caliber NT and we can rotate him with 4th rounder McCarthy. We need those monsters in the middle.

    I'd love this team.

Don't sleep on somebody trading up for Amari or White. Some teams think you can build an offense around these guys. Amari = Torry Holt & White = Larry Fitzgerald. Raiders will take one at #4, #2 is the spot to get infront of them for the WR1.

I like it except Dupree instead of Beasley. LeBeau likes his LB big and Beasley is small. 240, he will get eaten in run defense. Dupree is massive and just as fast.

Beasley is not small. He's 252 lbs and still lightning quick. He's bigger than Gregory, Ray, Harold, & Orchard. He's still not Dupree big though, i'd be perfectly happy with Dupree.

I don't like the idea of moving a 1st rounder to an entirely different position (that he doesn't seem to want to play) in Shaq Thompson.

Beasley got eaten up in run defense in college.

For sure. But he's also added 15-20 lbs since he left Clemson. He's proved he can add weight (his biggest concern) and still be an elite athlete with the added weight. Don't get me wrong, I like Dupree... but I like Beasley more.

    my OLB ratings:
    #1: Dante Fowler
    #2: Vic Beasley
    #3: Shane Ray
    #4: Alvin Dupree
    #5: Randy Gregory
    #6: Nate Orchard
