Would love that, but I doubt Strong's available at #33. Another option would be Shelton at 12, Dupree at 19, Best OL available at #33, and Orhcard at Browns 2nd.

I really want a WR early, not necessarily at #2, but I'm afraid by round 3 we won't be able to get an impact guy, whereas I think an impact interior lineman can be had in the 3rd-5th. I think you may be right about Strong, he was a beast at the combine. I like your scenario and maybe Devin Smith is available in the 3rd round, he would be the only one I think might drop. Lippett from MSU might be ok and Whiz did coach him at the Senior Bowl.

Strong is a better athlete than WR. Shouldn't be in first round talks. Purely a numbers guy and targeted more than any wr.

DGB, Strong, or Fuchness would all be nice at #33 (not huge on Coates, has brick hands).

Also potential that we could trade up from #33. It would likely just take #33 + our 4th to move into the bottom quarter of the 1st. I could see literally every team from 25-32 potentially wanting to take a WR (CAR, BAL, DAL, DEN, IND, GB, SEA, NE). May be necessary to trade up to land a WR1.

Has anyone done any research or watched tape on QB Bryan Bennett? I really liked what I saw from him at the combine. He has a very good throwing motion. Very natural and quick. He has good size and mobility. He looked as good as anyone else out there (granted in the drills, everyone looks good.) He seems like a guy we could pick in the 4-5 round and be a steal. Small school guy, but played at Oregon first. Not a lot of talent around him, but he could be a steal.

I know everyone is in love with the big body freak athletes around here, but 1 of my favorite receiver prospects is Tyler Lockett.

he is a smaller guy, but he is a true WR. incredible hands, amazing instincts, hard worker off the field, intelligent, and he posted a 4.4.

any time i would watch KSU play he always stood out. He also can return punts.

He's one of my favorite receivers in the draft. Would love to snag him in a later round, but we still need to fine a true #1.

If we dont bring back Nate the Great, we need 2-3 new receivers.

Kendall Wright is a number 2
Justin Hunter is a scrub. I've given up all hope on him.

    Who are our other's?? lol

I want to see a Vet come in. Macklin is my favorite FA WR

I could see Coates dropping out of the second round with concerns over his hands. He would be tough to pass up on with our third round pick.
He just runs away from everyone and is smooth in his breaks, plenty of upside, but needs work on his hands.
I would be up for keeping Nate for one more year.

Receivers with hand problems scare the **** out of me.

it doesn't matter how good you run your route, how fast you are... if you cant catch it won't matter.
