He isn't natural at all, very stiff and doesn't know what to do with his hands, looks like a fullback running WR drills. I wouldn't touch him before round 4

 

Im hoping Devin Smith falls to us in the 3rd

 

Have seen any film? He runs away from people and his routes and breaks are clean. He needs work on his hands as I stated but is a physical dude.

 

Judging by Webster comments WR and LB are two positions that are heavily going to be targeted.

Round 1: Pass- Rusher who falls

Round 2: Pass Rusher/DB/line (either side)/WR
Round 2 Pass Rusher/DB/line (either side)/WR

 

I mean he can he catch it, dont think he would have got close to 2000 yards on 84 grabs and 13 touchdowns in college from terrible QB's. I think his hands need work but he is a prospect that will go day two at some point.

 

I've watched a lot of film, dude has extremely stiff hips and brick hands, very robotic in his motions. You want WRs to be smooth and fluid in their motions, he isn't at all. Plus you have to take into account that he's never run traditional routes with Auburn's triple gimmick option offense, it's gonna take him even longer to get the mental aspect of route running down too.

 

Reminds me a lot of Stephen Hill cut by the jets, without the fluidity.

 

Coates is a beast...anyone who thinks he won't be a good pro is crazy.
