I don't know. The Titans also take QBs when the time comes. Like, as soon as. McNair, VY, Locker. Mariota may well have been the clear favorite under the Bud era. Getting Mettenberger last year was a matter of "in-case-Locker's-done" pick, not one of consciously acquiring the face of the franchise.

I think Williams could be the pick, and Fowler to a lesser degree, both for all the obvious reasons, but I, too, believe the Titans will take Winston if he falls. That to me is more in line with the Titans past draft history, but maybe you meant NFL draft history.

I think if we're talking odds, the pick is Williams. If we're talking what they would prefer to do given their choice, I'd say it's to draft Winston at #2.

I'm fine with not taking either QB there at 2. What if the Bucs do pick someone besides a QB? That gives the Titans a huge amount of trade leverage right? It's highly doubtful, but it would be nice to have both top QBs sitting there. Or even if Mariotta is the Bucs pick. Does that increase the trade value? Winston is said to be the more pro ready QB.

I'm just hoping we land a decent trade for the #2. The more picks, the more likely that you land an impact player.

If we pass on a quarterback as well as the buccs. Maybe the skins take one at 5 or the jets at 6. After thay Cleveland at 12. I think we lose value with two quarterbacks on the board at 2. If im the gm and im high on both guys im rolling the dice to see when the first one rolls off the board than making my move to move up.

I doubt that weighs on any NFL front office....or Rodgers would have been a 49er

Maybe not, but it certainly doesn't hurt. Especially if you want to fill seats.

I can definately see them parting ways with Peters and Foles. Young talent not so much. If I was the Eagles I would rather give up players than whole draft classes.

If they gave us this year entire draft class plus next year entire draft class the points would still be off 2600-2197. They would most definately have to give up a proven player without giving up 3+ 1st round picks.

When we traded Jim Everett we got pro bowl guard Kent Hill, DE William Fuller, 2 first round picks and a fifth rounder in the year of the trade.
