I'm hoping we trade back to #6 (NYJ) and draft Dante Fowler. Then, we'd have #33 & #37, we take 1 WR & another OLB. Can also trade up to late 1st to grab a guy who falls.

    #6: Dante Fowler
    #33: Dorial Green-Beckham
    #37: Owamagbe Odigizuwa
Then with our 3rd(s)/4th(s) we look at OL & CB

That's my dream draft right now

This would be awesome after we sign D.Williams and Suh in FA.

    #6 for #6, #37, #101, & 2016 1st (Jets)

    6: Dante Fowler, OLB, Florida
    33: Dorial Green-Beckham, WR, Mizzou
    37: Owamagbe Odighizuwa, OLB, UCLA
66: Ty Sambrailo, OT, Colorado St
    97: Josh Shaw, CB, USC
    101: Ibraheim Campbell, SS, Northwestern
130: Nick O'Leary, TE, Florida St
    161: Stefon Diggs, WR, Maryland
192: Brandon Bridge, QB, South Alabama

Package with free agents: Dan Williams, Mark Ingram, Troy Polamalu, James Harrison, Mike Iupati/Clint Boling, Bryan Hartine, & Devin McCourty/Rahim Moore.

That's my dream. We'd have two young OLBs w/ Harrison as the mentor 3rd rotational OLB. Hopefully with Shawn Jefferson as our WR coach he can get the best out of DGB & Hartline comes in as a cheap vet. Our OL is fixed with a 3rd round RT and signing of a LG. Dan Williams is our starting NT. We change both safties with Troy for 1-2 years while Campbell learns behind him & hopefully MCCourty to replace Griffin. O'Leary could be a sneaky late round pick as well.

I'd love that, but honestly i'd rather spend money on McCourty + Iupati over Suh.

Some of these players youre selling yourself on have derrick morgan written all over them. Either not real production or jump during the combine.

Williams is the smart pick. For everyone complaining about the Titans drafts, they should just be smart for once and take the best player on the board.

I have this sneaking suspicion that they're going to give Levitre another shot at being the starting guard. I hope I'm wrong. They will point to him being hurt a majority of the season last year. At any rate, I don't think Iupati is a fit for us. He's a beast at run blocking but a revolving door in pass protection. And since we pass so much we may not be any better off than if we had stuck with Levitre.

We may draft a late round guard to develop (Shaq Mason possibly?), but for some reason I keep thinking in the back of my mind they're going to stick with Levitre.

Ugh. LeVitre is our highest paid player (tied with McCourty), how sad is that? Cutting him would open up $6.5m, he's had two awful seasons here... it's time to cut our losses.

We can draft a LG in the 2nd or 3rd and find his replacement. Or, pickup Clint Boling/Iupati in free agency as a replacement.

Most of Levitre's contract is "dead money." Meaning it counts against the cap regardless if we cut him or not. I think it would only save us about $200,000 to cut him as opposed to keeping him on the roster. We wouldn't automatically save all $6.5 million of it, not even close. It sucks but that's how the contract was structured. You can see the details of his contract here: Andy Levitre Contract, Salary Cap Details & Breakdowns | Spotrac

Also, PK confirms this in his answer to my question at this link (2nd to last question).

I also don't agree with taking a guard so high as the 2nd or 3rd round. Remember we have to get an OT, OLB, WR, and CB as well, all of which I would rank ahead of guard as needs.

Cutting Levitre post-June 1st results in a cap savings of $6.5 mil and dead money of just $2.1 mil.

I'd agree that RT is more important than LG. I'm hoping we find one in free agency and another via the draft. I'd rank LG before CB, gotta protect Mett.
