Gotitans weight loss for men?

    Seems there are a lot of varying opinions on protein intake. A lot of people say .8g/lb is more than plenty but I still shoot for 1g/lb.

    Carb cycling is the way to go. Eat lean calories whenever possible but especially on days you don't workout. I try to do something everyday even if it means just spending 30 minutes doing stretches to keep the metabolism going.

    Its true. Those 60g protein shakes are more for numbers than anything else. I only take 2 scoops of my anobolic 60 after my lifts for that reason. It calls for 3. You are doing the right thing by your protein intake. Try to stay in the .8 to 1g per pound of body weight.

    You are eating correctly....grazing is the way to go. Worst thing you can do is the typical American way of eating 3 meals and then whatever snacks along the way. I eat (depending on the time of the year) between 2500-4000 cal. per day which is broken down to about 4-6 "meals". Of course I also ride between 9000-10,000 miles per year training and racing so I burn it up.

    Well 520's doughy @$$ hasn't lost a pound yet so this thread was pretty much a fail anyway. Might as well put it to some use.

    Is anyone else doing the bodybuilding.com transformation challenge? I am for motivation to drop my college weight I added. So far I'm down from 195 to 174.

    Does anyone use resistance bands??

    I love mine, I got a stackable set for like $30 and I use them just about everyday.

    My wife doesn't like to go to the gym, but she wants to lose some of the baby weight so ive had her working with the bands and she loves them too.

    Im not saying these are a replacement for free weights or those machines lol but seriously give them a shot.
