Will the Titans draft Mariota if given the chance?

We might as well go QB first pick. Atleast we tried if Mariota fails then have Mett as insurance. If everything fails we're at square one with a top 2 pick again. If Mariota does workout .....oh boy! Then build around him.

Ok so we do get Williams or Fowler. One player on defense will not take us through the playoffs.

 

Unless they land a lot of quality in FA, I would agree...Gotta go impact player at that point...

 

Trade down to 6 with Jets...take Fowler...will Fowler make it to 6?....Jags could take him at 3 though....I'm ok with Williams at 2

 

Bucs are going to take mariota.

 

Offseason is about 10x more exciting/enjoyable as a Titans fan than the regular season.

Anything is possibleeeeeeeeeee!!!

 

I'm thinking that if we sign Hardy, we are going to go Mariota if he is available, otherwise I fully expect Williams.

The former Oregon quarterback will reportedly perform a private workout for the Tennessee Titans, who hold the No. 2 overall pick in the draft, following UO's pro day, according to Fox Sports' Alex Marvez.

The Titans are certainly in need of a quarterback, and Florida State's Jameis Winston could already off the board as the No. 1 pick of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (which has been heavily speculated in mock drafts). If Winston goes to the Buccaneers, the Titans will have two choices: take Mariota at No. 2, or potentially settle for a quarterback later in the draft in a class of quarterbacks that tumbles in value after the top two prospects.

With the pending loss of free-agent quarterback Jake Locker, Tennessee returns Zach Mettenberger at the position for 2015.

 

Fowler at 6 is about as far as I see him going, he's IMO the best LB this draft..
