Titans Failing in Free Agency/Draft

    It's still the start. Like I said, very few new moves have been made in the past 30 mins that free agency has been official. Not every signing happens as soon as free agency starts.

    I've seen this movie before. Many times.
    I'm not a huge free agency fan but when you have money and your roster is one of the worst in professional football, you change it or you GTFO.

    Of course, I'll eat my words if they sign someone substantial. Striking gold in the draft is rare, especially when Webster is at helm.

    Yeah well the big ones are going off the board.. Smith you are aggressive alright.. Just look at the moves we've made.. Long snapper and a crap WR... About done with this team.. Maybe they should move the team to LA.. So mad.. Just done with crap.

    Because unlike some other people, I won't be 'encouraged' when we go from 2-14 to 5-11 and are the worst team in the AFC South!!!

    How Gut sees free agency:

    Titans : Hey, we demand you come play for us at this amount of money.

    Player/Agent: well since you demand, sure where do we sign

    How it actually goes:

    Titans: Hey, we would love for you to play for our organization.

    Player/Agent: Well, team XXXXX offered me this so I think I am going to be signing with them.

    Titans: We can offer that plus 1 million.

    Player/Agent: Wow, a whole extra million?

    Titans: Well, we would offer more than that, but than our fans ***** we overpaid.

    Player/Agent: Yeah.... thanks, I'm gonna be signing over with team XXXXX.

    First it just started,wait a few days before you judge. 2nd,you said we aren't in position to get any of the elite pass rushers in the draft. Are you kidding me,we have the 2nd pick and can get the best pass rusher. I hope thats what we do,I'll take Gregory,Beasley,or williams. Williams is more in the mold of a jj watt (de/dt). Im almost positive we get worilds which i would be happy with. I think we make a move on browner,please lord. As far as wr's go,this draft class is loaded. You can get a great one in 2nd and 3rd round. Chill out for now bro. If we dont do much more in free agency i will be pissed too!

    Lions (Ngata)
    Rams (Foles)
    Dolphins (Suh)
    Raiders (Hudson, Smith, etc)
    Cardinals (Iupati)
    Eagles (Maxwell, Bradford, picks, etc)
    Niners (TSmith)
    Bears (McPhee)
    KC (Maclin)
    GB (for keeping their WR and RT)
    Colts (Gore, AJ, TCole))
    Jags (Julian Thomas, Odrick, etc)
    Chargers (Kept CB, Franklin)
    Giants (Vareen)
    Jets (Marshall, Carpenter)
    Texans (Hoyer, Mallett)

    Looks like half the league has made at least one major move and the teams with a ton of cap are in pursuit of 4+ more guys. What are we doing? So far we have lost or losing more talent then we have brought in so far. Top teams try to replace parts with free agents, bottom teams need to add a major influx of talent. Hopefully you can see the problem!!!
