Call me crazy but I would've liked to see the Titans try and go after Demarco Murray even if it meant throwing tons of cash at him. The Titans don't seem to be spending their money much right now. Having a back of Murray's caliber would do wonders in helping Mettenberger next year. The Titans are really no threat to run the ball as is. It would open up the entire offense and let the Titans focus mainly on defense in the upcoming draft. Pipe dream I know, just would've been nice to see them try for him.

 

I somewhat agree. But Murray had a good line to run behind in Dallas. He wouldn't have that luxury here unless its somehow fixed. If the line get fixed, I think our current backs or a cheaper option than Murray would be OK.

 

We have to start aiming higher than 'ok'

Toss him a three year deal, see what happens.
