If we can get KW for cheap I'd do it. I would not overpay for an average WR though.

There's a couple other free agents out there that I would love.. Barksdale, Brandon Spikes, and Crabtree are my favorites. But, i'd be fine if we didn't sign anybody else. Probably will be a decent player or 2 that get cut after camp as well.

I'd be happy to land Spikes. Crabtree would be ok depending on the contract.

Both of you who say you'd like Spikes or Crabtree... First say why?

You guys just like them because they are a "name" they have cool last names??

There's probably a reason Spikes has been on the market for this long without much of a market to date for him - knock I keep hearing on him is he's slow and doesn't tackle sideline to sideline ..

Ok so what about Crabtree? Dude was slow out of college ... According to rotoworld he's what 27? With the legs of a 32 year old. There's also a reason his market or interest from other teams has been minimal at best. He was a pain in the ass on the Niners, cried all the time to the point they don't even want him back. Not to mentioning coming off injuries that curtailed his production and speed. So Crab on a rebuilding team in his so called prime of his career?

What would either contribute to the Titans?

Would you really want Crab starting over Hunter or KW? Then the Douglas pick up would feel like a wash ... Much rather draft a speedier, hungrier WR in Round 3-5 ...

Just my input on it but feel free to counter if either of you really think those 2 would contribute on this current team...?

One or two more o linemen would be nice, plus either Spikes or McLain at linebacker , they were both rated highly on pff.

Spikes would be cheap. He's a thumper north-south tackler. I want the bruising run-stuffing 2-down ILB. Would be perfect to pair with Williamson, then rotate ZB in on 3rd downs for Spikes.

I'd want Crabtree & Hunter on the outside & Wright in the slot. Harry Douglas rotates in as the 4th WR. Though, i'd rather draft a WR at #33 who can be our #1 WR.

Yeah I can get on board with that. I guess Spikes wouldn't hurt as long as cheap like you said - more linebacker depth, especially one from a team like NE sure.

Still would take a WR at some point in draft outside of 1st round over Crab also.

For me, it's because I watch every Pats game as that's a buddies team, and Spikes is a solid run stuffer which this team sorely needs. He'd be good rotational depth.

Crabtree I'm meh on, but honestly there's not a whole lot out there. It would be insurance in case Hunter decides on continuing to suck. If there's a #1 WR at #33, I hope RW takes him. I think Wright would be excellent in the slot.

Both should be had somewhat cheap. Gives us more draft flexibility.
