I agree with that....if he plays against us he is a spoiled brat. If for us he is an offensive, older version of Cortland Finnegan.

I would take Rivers, and would be good with swapping #1s for this, but would have a problem with giving up the #33 pick. I wonder if it is just because the mock is silent to future season picks? I could see giving up #33 if it means getting additional value in the 2016 draft, but it would have to be substantial.

Agree...a good draft with some of the solid FA signings we did will help

It would be tough for me to give up any additional picks as well. I know the Titans would be getting a top 7ish QB and that's big but he's already 33, has 1 year left on his deal and from what I've read he's not going to be a QB that will be playing when he's 37 or 38. So really what the Chargers are asking to do is take Rivers off their hands and they get their next franchise QB. Swapping 1sts is the fair move and I know there is less than a 5% chance of it happening but whatever. Imagine Rivers, then going DGB at 17 and Gurley at 33. Good lord I can dream.

Gurley won't last till 33 but if we trade for both 1st rd picks the browns have then we could definitely go with Gurley...but what do we do with sankey?

Would take that in a heartbeat. Not that it would ever happen.

Mwuahahah this rumor won't die until after draft day:

The Cleveland Plain Dealer's Mary Kay Cabot believes the Browns are not done upgrading at quarterback, and expects the team to target either Oregon QB Marcus Mariota or current Eagles QB Sam Bradford.

It's no secret by now that the Browns previously tried to trade the No. 19 overall pick for Bradford, first to the Rams and (allegedly) later to the Eagles. Specifically, Cabot writes that she thinks the Browns "will try to trade up to draft Marcus Mariota, and I also think they could make another run at Sam Bradford." If the Eagles are willing to deal Bradford as rumored, they would presumably want both of Cleveland's first-round picks with eyes on getting to No. 2 overall, where Mariota is likely to be selected.

I like how all the talking heads are projecting Mariota to us at #2. Now, I can't see all of them believing in their hearts that we actually want Mariota, but more want to see some trade action that has the potential to be monumental.

I'm all for monumental. Usually our trades are just mental.
