Glad he's working on getting into better shape. He'll be going into his 3rd season and has to be what, almost 25? I think we see a solid season out of him and Lewan. Still need another starting T and replace Levitre though.

He had a nice finish to the season last year. I think he's getting better but needs to take that next step to being one of the premier guards in the league. It looks like he's working towards that.

Don't equate explosiveness to speed in general. I was going to say that him being leaner make's him quicker off the snap (explosiveness), but more weight will still make him slower in some respects. Can't exercise your way around gravity.

Chance was sluggish at 330, the added weight has to be pure muscle or he's a retard, and if it is all muscle thats good, cause notice in the picture he's somehow smaller at 345 than 330... So to me he's gained good weight that should only help him.

Hard to run around with a tire on your waist, but he's a trim 345 there...

I make no argument that him being lean is not good. Turning that fat to muscle is positive for him in many ways; he's healthier, quicker, and hopefully stronger. If he can use this to his advantage, by empowering himself with all of those positive qualities when he blocks and protects, then he most definitely can be a force to reckon with. The question is will he? We will have to wait till August to find out.

Future Hall of Famer. Will excel for the next 7-9 years as starting guard for Titans.

He's probably not doing a whole lot of conditioning this offseason yet, seems the focus is on strength.
Still plenty of time to trim down.

With this being said, he'll probably be around the 330 mark again when the season starts. Hes building muscle now and will trim the fat later.
