I'd love Crabtree. I honestly think he's waiting for the NFL Draft, after that somebody will still need a WR bad, raises his price a little. Say, Oakland takes Leonard Williams at #4 as pass on a top receiver.. they may be willing to give Crabtree a little more to get him signed.

Even if we took a WR at #33, or as result of a trade take Parker, White, or Cooper, i'd still take Crabtree. I have zero faith in Justin Hunter or Harry Douglas. Crabtree, although slightly overrated, is still a very valuable receiver. He was a 1000 yard receiver, next season gets hurt, and finally got healthy at the end of last year. Only 27, still has 4-5 valuable years left.

Imagine our opening game WR depth as:
    Cooper/White/Parker/DGB/Strong/Perriman
    Michael Crabtree
    Kendall Wright
    Justin Hunter
    Harry Douglas
    Jacoby Food

That's could be a dominant WR unit. Especially with Delaine Walker working the middle, who should of been a Pro-Bowler last year.

I hate Crabtree... There's a reason Sherman ran his mouth.

    Crabtree is a b*tch.

He has a horrible me first attitude. Total diva *******. And he's not good enough to have that kind of attitude. It'd be one thing if he was a top 5 WR. He's just another average guy. We have enough of those.

Only way I'd even consider him would be on a 1 year cheap deal. And even then, I think he's the exact type of player as a CJ/Britt. We worked so hard to get rid of locker room cancers.

He'd be another one... and he'd probably suck on the field too.

There's a reason he remains unsigned. No one really wants him badly enough. He probably thinks he's worth $8mil a year.

Imo our free agency efforts should be focused on Wisnieski.

I still harbor high hopes for Justin, we still need a bigger bodied reciever, like maybe DGB or Funchess.

Never heard of Jacoby Food? He's a 6'5 220 WR, runs a 4.3, and a 79" vertical. Should be a star on our team.
