I simply don't like what I've heard about his attitude/work ethic/entitlement. We don't need that crap mucking up our locker room. If not for all that, I'd definitely consider the trade. The talent is there.

 

A beat writer can only know so much though. I think it's safe to say that Rivers for #2 straight up ain't happening. If it does then Webster is even dumber than I thought.

 

I hope your right, but man, you've seen what some teams do when they fall in love with a player in the draft. Well, I'm afraid Whis has had a man-crush on Rivers since his time in SD and thinks if he comes here it automatically makes us a Superbowl contender. That's why this is so scary to me.

If they do the trade #2 straight up for Rivers, I hope you and the rest of the goTitans boards will join me at St. Thomas Sports Park shortly after the pick is announced, with pitch forks and torches blazing.

#1: Rivers + #17
You can the best QB we've had in TN since McNair. If we don't completely screw up our draft and can stay semi-healthy, we'd be in the playoffs. Rivers would elevate the play of everyone on the team.

#2: Jets #6, #36, + '16 1st
We're still in position to land a top WR (probably choice of Cooper or White). We have the option to take one of these WRs, or could even flip #6 to Miami for #14 and probably another 2nd, if wanted. I'd prefer to take a WR.

#3: Browns #12, #19, + '16 1st
We pickup three 1st rounders simply put

 

They would have to give #17 or stay with Rivers for one year. Thing is, if they keep Rivers and don't budge, they lose him anyway next year. Would love to see it happen..... be like

 

I'm surprise more people haven't voted for that rams tRade. I realize foles took a step back last year, but imagine what wiz could mold him into. And he's young unlike rivers. That #10 and and a 1st and 2nd next year? Hmmm I'd have to take that into consideration 4sure.

Yeah unless we completely blow it, which i wouldn't put it past us. I mean I'm sure the chargers know wiz and webster are already planning the circle jerk once rivers arrives.

 

The problem with Foles is, he isn't Whiz' guy. Whiz doesn't want somebody else's guy, he wants his own(Mettenberger) or a bonafide star QB(Warner or Rivers).

I wouldn't mind it at all, but I'm so much smarter than Whiz.
