I dunno, a guy who is 208 is not my ideal in the box safety in that run heavy division. Collins would be a perfect fit for the Cards.

This coming from the guy who drafted us Marcus Mariota, ROTFL.

Good pick for the Pack. They are super thin at MLB.

Had Scot not gotten his pick up by the time I got home from work that would have been the selection anyway. Good stuff.

It's a realistic pick, considering it's what I believe we will do.

Not necessarily what I want though. But I'm not as sour on Mariota as I had been.

I believe his father, Alvin Dupree Sr., had four sons, all named Alvin Dupree. Just like George Foreman and his 5 sons named George. Coincidentally they were all born from different women at the same time and went to UK on football scholarships.

    Alvin Sr. gets around...

Please for the love of God no! Honestly I don't see us taking Mariota at all. I mean you can't take a QB at number 2 overall based on a projection. Mariota is basically RG3 without the arm talent. I think we've see what happens when you draft a QB very high based on a projection. I mean if he played in a pro-style offense, where you can see him read coverage, throw with anticipation and he had the kind of success he had in College then hell yes I'd draft him.

I recall an analyst saying that over half of Mariota's passes in College were predetermined. That means the play is going to this guy and you throw him the ball; I'm not even talking about a primary read. There is no read, you throw him the ball regardless of the defense.

Too many questions regarding Mariota's fit in a pro-style offense for me. I just hope somebody offers us the farm to move up and draft him. If not, I'm more than happy taking Williams.

I agree 100%. Although I think he'll be better than RG3 (not hard to do at this point).

I'm just predicting we'll take him. Hope I'm wrong.

Damnit Gut, you could've taken Leonard Williams and followed up with Jordan Phillips which is one of my dream scenarios for the first two rounds.
