You have no idea if he is as good as Casey. Casey is excellent in the nfl Williams is excellent in the pac 10. Very different. You don't draft a very good player at 2 you draft someone who is elite and has game changing skills.

I feel like if we can trade #2 to CLE, get #12, #19, and #37 we can really do some damage.

    I'd then trade #12 + 4th for #9 - draft Kevin White
at #19, draft Todd Gurley (or Gordon)
    at #33, draft Eli Harold
at #37, draft best RT available
at #66, draft somebody who falls, say Carl Davis? CB? plenty of options

day after the draft, sign Stefen Wisniewski.

Sure, we still have Mettenberger, but now we potentially added two elite weapons on offense. Harold is a great 3rd pass rushing OLB. Find our future RT. Then in our 3rd we find Carl Davis, who could have the same impact as Leonard Williams (atleast in the first couple yrs, doubt Davis is there, but somebody will fall).

    Boom.

Well it is probably Cooper or a QB. I hope we can trade however.

Take that to the bank bro.....I definitely think if they don't go with a trade, it is a QB or WR

So you are on record as stating Cooper "or a QB" are elite with gamebreaking skills, but LW is not. Correct?

Cause if you aren't saying that, then why would anybody trade us for #2?

I don't separate Cooper from several other WRs and I'm not convinced Mariota or Winston are elite with gamebreaking skills.

    Give me LW.

My biggest fear is doing a bad deal just for the sake of trading down. And I would not put it past Ruston Webster for one second.

I'll get behind the team no matter who they take, because I am a Titans fan! That said, I just don't see how LW is going to revitalize the team like a true weapon would. Give me a QB or a true #1 receiver (Which this team hasn't had in forever) or a trade back. If this Offense can't sustain drives, the Defense will be screwed again no matter who is on the field. It's a passing league, get your guy and his weapons, then build up that D. Horton and LeBeau can work with what's there and add some other pieces in the draft. As of now, they need game changers.

I think if we draft Mariota, Whis will start him immediately and force him to play in the pocket. Mariota will suffer tremendously from inexperience and will generally look poor while having his confidence perhaps permanently shattered.

I'll root for the guy to be or become Drew Brees. But with Whis style and the current offensive weapons and Oline, I think he is pretty doomed if he is drafted here.
