How do you think this will affect his draft stock? Does this help Randy Gregory? Do either drop out of the first round?

Ray definitely falling to 2nd now when you combine this with his toe surgery. He was borderline top 15-20 after the toe surgery news. Now with the drug charge, he's not sniffing the 1st round.

As a side, with this news, it would simply be perfect if we could trade out of the number 1 pick now. Could still get an elite talent like Gregory or Ray with the 33 pick.

I would bet Ray falls to the 2nd. With this news right before the draft and injury issues with his foot, he'll fall.

I still think Gregory will land teens-early 20s.

Foot issue is really the thing. And each team will have its own opinion about whether he does or does not need surgery. If a team thinks he needs surgery, they already dropped him into rnd 2. But a drug charge a few days before the combine is a great way to kill your momentum and create a free fall environment!

I would take him before Gregory for sure and still in rnd 1 IF he doesn't need surgery. He's a better pass rusher than Gregory and failing several drug tests including the combine shows a serious lack of control. Then again, speeding at 5:46am with a bag of weed 3 days before the combine is seriously dumb as well!!!

Congrats to Dupree, Fowler and Beasley as they will be the first 3 edge rushers taken now (not in that order). I would think both Gregory and Ray fall now and I think besides the other EDGE rushers moving up the benefactors will be the WR's as maybe another 1-2 go in rnd 1.
