    However, it does make me wonder. In 4-5 years when Mariota's contract is up, will Kelly still have the same infatuation with him? If Kelly is in the same position that he is in now I am sure he would throw about 99% of the salary cap at Mariota.

    I could see him starting the tampering process already "Marcus, don't resign with the Titans ... Come play for me"

    Or maybe even "Marcus just hold out and re-enter the draft next year. I promise I will get you this time"

    There is an element of absurd, unfounded information that takes hold over some NFL fans. The headline could be listed at totallyfakenews.com and some people would still be debating whether it was true or not..

    I honestly don't think Kelly will be an NFL HC in 4-5 years though. While he does seem to be a smart X's and O's guy, I think he is horrible in dealing with his personnel. If he continues the trend of only bringing in his old players, and shipping stars off at the drop of a hat, then he will eventually lose that locker room.

    He already has some work to do in order to win back Bradford and some other players that he seems to be using just as bargaining pieces.

    Also, if he keeps it up, FAs might be reluctant to sign with Eagles because there is no job security.
