    Thats what my daddy always gave us for colds, hangovers, allergies, flu, chicken pox, broken bones, mild concussions

    two items I swear by, first as you read above, wild oil of oregano. 2nd item is Isopure protein supplement. The two together have crack like effects but are good for you.

    Your daddy's concoction would make me throw up if I was suffering from a hangover... But hey if it works, go with it..

    I am aware of alleged cure-alls like oil of wild oregano and apple cider vinegar.
    Unfortunately both give me wild indigestion.

    Isopure sounds like a protein isolate product. Lotsa of worries about hormonal problems in that neck of the woods..

    You're supposed to catch occasional colds and allow symptomatic response for immunity building. It just sucks getting there sometimes.
    Right now I'm just kicking that dry cough part. Hopefully that is the end of it..

    Great for constipation.

    I think I must have like a mild allergy to protein powder or something. If I was a little but overweight on match day in high school I would just put like a quarter cup of the stuff in a bottle of milk. 15 minutes on the dot I was in the bathroom holding on for dear life.

    I keep protein bars around the house still just in case I need some assistance.

    Sounds like a lactose issue, which a lot of people don't know they have.
    Isopure is whey. Instant turds for some folks..
