The UFC really needs to cut out wrestling moving forward.

I think if they just limited the "resting"... which is what they seem to be doing a lot of the times on the ground, it'd improve it a lot.

The ground game should still exist- but when they start just taking breaks, that's when it gets boring. Tell the fighters to do something or get up.

I really don't get why kickboxing isn't more popular in this country. It is way more action packed than boxing and for the most part, all the fans in this country just want to see knockouts.

Glory is a crazy good show.

It's fighting, though, which isn't a sport by nature.

Sports like football and basketball are fixed to be entertaining. The games rules are set up where both teams can try to win however they want, and it is still entertaining.

But fighting is fighting. So if you want to keep the integrity of the concept, you are going to have styles that always beat others and aren't that fun to watch.

If you are going to ban wrestling, you might has well eliminate all grappling except for flying triangles and armbars, then go ahead and limit striking to hay makers and spin kicks to the head.

Take out wrestling, and the "world champion" is completely meaningless.
